Let's talk about helping the children…
It's June, the iconic month that represents Father's Day, and for good reason! Dads do so much to help their kids in life, even when it comes to real estate. It’s the American Dream; fathers helping their kids to be financially stable and successful, to not have to throw away thousands on rent each month only to support their landlord.
Fathers want their children and grandchildren to be secure, safe, and happy, and for that, we celebrate dads.
During my time selling real estate, I’ve seen many dads help their children co-sign loans to help them qualify, or gift the down-payment on their child’s first home of their own. I’ve even seen fathers and sons go into a 50/50 equity share agreement on a property. My own father was a real estate investor who inspired me to enter this business and connect with all of my past and future clients. I thank him for teaching me valuable life lessons. Hat’s off to you, Dad!
